Coaching, not individualized advice

Bright Path provides financial coaching and education. Our services are educational in nature and are designed to help you understand your finances, build plans, and make your own informed decisions. Coaching is not a substitute for individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice from a licensed professional engaged for that purpose, and nothing on this website constitutes such advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.

No guarantees

We work hard to provide accurate analysis and useful strategies, but financial outcomes depend on markets, personal circumstances, and your own follow-through. We do not guarantee any particular financial result.

Sessions, payment, and cancellation

• Session fees are as listed on our pricing page at the time of booking and are payable as agreed at booking.
• An initial consultation (maximum 30 minutes) is offered free of charge.
• You may reschedule or cancel a session by contacting us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. We will confirm the cancellation or your new appointment time.
• Referral discounts apply to future session fees and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Satisfaction and refunds

We want every session to be worth your time and money. If you are unsatisfied with a paid session, you may request either a rescheduled session at no additional charge or a refund of that session's fee. Contact us by phone or email to make the request.

Session follow-up

After each paid session you will receive an email summarizing the main points discussed, along with key takeaways and resources. These summaries are educational materials prepared for your personal use.
